Jason Grenci (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.  Jason hopes to create a safe and accepting space for his clients as they develop deeper connections with themselves and others.  Jason has a specialized interest in working with adults who are facing challenges with self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship matters, and with individuals experiencing challenging relationship dynamics; including individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse.

Clients who are ready to make sustainable change, exploring their self with richer perspective, balanced with humour in life challenges, are an excellent fit for Jason. Jason feels honoured to be able to help his clients better understand and trust themselves, and improve their relationships.

Jason is drawn toward using the following therapeutic modalities in his work with clients:  Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.  He is particularly passionate about Psycho-Spiritual Therapy which focuses helping individuals explore their inner selves and unravel the barriers that have been created throughout life so that they can develop a deeper sense of self-compassion and understanding.

When Jason is not focusing on academics, he remains committed to his own inner growth using journaling as primary communication tool. He is also a culinary experience host and endeavours to bring together cooking and dynamic therapeutic work.
