Meet Greg

Greg (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree through Yorkville University. Greg’s area of therapeutic interest includes working with adults and couples who are managing grief and loss, anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. For Greg, it is important that his clients feel safe, heard, and unburdened throughout the therapy process.
Greg hopes to support his clients with developing self-awareness and readiness for change. He has a calm presence that can be immediately felt when meeting with him. Treatment approaches that resonate most with Greg include Solution Focused Therapy; allowing him and clients to focus on exactly what the client wants to achieve, and being results driven. Greg is also drawn toward Person-Centred work and Psychodynamic approaches to therapy. First and foremost, Greg honours the importance of building a safe relationship between him and his clients so that they can achieve their goals in therapy with confidence.
Greg has lived experience as a shift worker and understands the challenges related to balancing time and responsibilities, is an avid reader and loves collecting used books, and enjoys traveling the world.
Working under the Supervision of our Lead Therapist and Registered Social Worker, Jana Venditti, Greg is providing low cost therapy to clients at this time.
