Gaby Ball (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), holding a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a post-graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science. She has completed specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFT and EFFT), Brainspotting, Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Theraplay, and is currently training in Play Therapy and certification as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider.

Gaby works with children (ages 3+), teens, adults, couples, and families, offering support in areas such as anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, neurodiversity, trauma, stress, social skills, communication, life transitions, self-esteem, self-harm, attachment injuries, and the impacts of divorce and separation. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience.

Drawing from her experience across cultures, Gaby brings a warm, inclusive, and culturally sensitive lens to her work, offering English, Spanish and Portuguese sessions. She values creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences at their own pace. Her therapeutic style is grounded in attachment theory, empathy, creativity, and the belief that meaningful change happens through authentic human connection and trust. With over seven years of experience supporting children and families, and as a parent herself, Gaby understands the importance of meeting each client with curiosity, respect, and openness.

Gaby integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-based frameworks, play and child-centred approaches, and brain-body interventions such as Brainspotting and Polyvagal Theory. She strives to offer each client a personalized, non-judgmental, and empowering experience.

Outside of her clinical work, Gaby enjoys travelling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and reading—especially books that support her own personal growth.

She is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, connection, and self-discovery.
