Trish (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting teens, young adults, and families.  Trish specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and various mood and personality disorders within the 14-24 year old population.

Trish is passionate about helping her clients stabilize their mental health using mindfulness based stress reduction, expressive arts and creativity, physical activity, emotion focused therapy.  She is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Trish is also available to provide parenting support for boundaries, ADHD, and effective communication between parents and children/teens.

A self-proclaimed "adrenaline junkie", Trish understands the importance of why therapy should be tailored to her client's needs, their learning style, and their personality.  She is a hands-on learner who takes the time to understand how her clients can adapt new strategies to their lives with ease.

Trish is a strong LGBTQ2IA+ ally and has supported young adults, families and parents in their coming out journeys.  Trish is gender affirming, and neurodiverse affirming in all aspects of her clinical work.

Clients have reported that Trish is easy going, warm, and is always chasing excitement by staying active with paddle boarding, boxing, crossfit, travelling the world, and spending time with her husband and two children.  Trish is also available for "Walk and Talk" therapy and can offer therapy in English and Polish.
