We offer specialized psychotherapy services for a variety of emotional and developmental needs. The following treatment modalities are offered by members of our team who have pursued specific and specialized training and consultation in order to facilitate these contemporary and non-traditional (talk therapy) methods.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful and effective treatment modality that is often used to help with trauma recovery. This process aims to facilitate adaptive processing of traumatic experiences, helping individuals to integrate them into their personal narrative in less distressing way.

Art Therapy

Art therapy utilizes the creative process of making art to help with the exploration of emotions, improve self- awafreness, and promote psychological healing and well-being. A trained Art Therapist guides this process, helping clients interpret their creations and understand underlying emotions.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a psychotherapy approach that targets trauma and emotional difficulties by identifying "brainspots"-specific points in a person's visual field associated with emotional activation. During therapy, the client's gaze is directed to these spots while focusing on the distressing issue.
